Chicken Malai Karahi Recipe
- 1 kg Chicken
- 1 ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 packet Cream
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- 10 qty Green chilies
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 2 tsp Crushed coriander seeds
- 2 tsp Crushed cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Black pepper power
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Oil
- Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken for 10 mins until light golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste with chopped green chilies.
- Add yogurt with dry spices, cover and cook for 20 mins, when chicken start to need oil.
- Add chopped coriander and some more green chilies. Lastly add cream, leave it on dum, mix well, serve with nan.
