
Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 2 qty Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Coffee
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1½ tsp Vanilla essence
- ½ cup Coco powder
- 2 cup Maida
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vinegar
For Frosting:
- 200 gm Cream
- 12 oz Chopped chocolate
- 4 tsp Hazelnut chocolate spread
Instructions
For cupcakes:
- Put all ingredients in bowl and beat for 3-4 minutes.
- Now put mixture on paper lined muffin tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
For frosting:
- Heat cream in saucepan.
- Now add chopped chocolate and remove from stove.
- Now fold hazelnut chocolate spread and cool it.
- Now put this mixture in piping bag, fill in center of cupcakes and do frosting on top.
- Now dust cupcakes with icing sugar and serve.
