
Orange Marmalade Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup Fresh Kino juice
- 12 oz Butter
- 1 tsp Orange essence
- 2 ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 5 qty Eggs large
- 3 ½ cup Flour
- 1 cup Walnuts coarsely crushed
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking soda heaped
For Topping
- 3 tbsp Marmalade
- 3 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Grease and flour 10 inches tube pan at low speed, beat butter, essence till just blended increase speed to high, beat till light and fluffy, start adding in one egg at a time alternating with ¼ cup flour and 2 tbsp of orange juice.
- Now fold in yogurt and walnuts, pour mixture in the prepared pan, bake on 150 degree C for 1 hour, unmold after 5 minutes, pour topping.
