
Besan Aur Baingan Kay Dahi Baray Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 qty Brinjal cut into rounds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Cumin roasted and grinded
- 1 cup Gram flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cumin crushed
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 Pinch Turmeric
- 1 kg Yogurt
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp Chat Masala
- ¼ cup Oil
- 20 qty Curry leaves
- 6 to 8 qty Red chilies
- 1 tsp White cumin seeds
Instructions
- Marinate brinjal slices with all above for 30 minutes.
- Make batter beat well, dip marinated brinjal batter and deep fry in fry pan, cool and soak in water for 5 minutes.
- Sieve yogurt in muslin cloth, add in salt, crushed red pepper, cumin, spread 1 cup yogurt in a dish, put fried brinjal, top with yogurt, lastly give baghar, serve garnish with chat masala.
