
Persimmon Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 120 gm Persimmon juice
- 80 gm White chocolate
- 120 gm Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Gelatin
- 120 ml Cream
- 2 qty Egg
- 1 drop Orange liquid color
FOR TOPPING
- 16 gm Persimmon juice
- 1 tsp Gelatin powder
Instructions
- Put cream cheese in one bowl and melt egg white then pour in it
- Apply beater to make mixture in the bowl
- Add one table spoon gelatin, then persimmon in the mixture
- Then half beat whipy whip cream and pour it in the bowl and mix it
- Take out the mixture in 9×9 round shaped mould and freeze it
- Prepare mixture of persimmon juice and gelatin powder and top it on the cake
