
Tiramisu Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Butter softened
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 cup Caster sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tsp Coffee
- 3 qty Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- ⅔ cup Milk
- ⅓ cup Thick curd
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
FOR FROSTING
- 4 ounces Cream cheese (cubes)
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 4 ounces Butter
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Coffee
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Coco powder to dust
FOR SOAKING SYRUP
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Coffee
Instructions
- In bowl sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda add in 1 cup sugar, mixes in butter, keep aside.
- In another bowl beat eggs, milk, yogurt, coffee, vanilla essence, vinegar and oil for 2 minutes.
- Pour this mixture in the dry ingredients, beat slightly.
- Pour in muffin tray in cup cake liners, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove cool, pipe with frosting.
FOR FROSTING
- Beat cream cheese adding in butter and icing sugar, add dissolved coffee, fold in whipped cream
- fill the cream in piping bag and pipe rossets on top, dust with coco powder and serve.
- Before frosting soak the cup cakes with coffee syrup.
