  • litre Milk 
  • ½ cup Grounded Rice
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Green Cardamom Grinded
  • 5 Cake Rusk
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
  • Silver Paper For Garnish


  • Boil milk, add in grounded rice, blended rusk with ½ cup milk and cook till slightly thick, add in sugar, cardamom powder, when thick remove in earthen pots.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds and silver paper, serve chilled.
