Cake Rusk Firni Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ litre Milk
- ½ cup Grounded Rice
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Green Cardamom Grinded
- 5 Cake Rusk
- 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
- Silver Paper For Garnish
Instructions
- Boil milk, add in grounded rice, blended rusk with ½ cup milk and cook till slightly thick, add in sugar, cardamom powder, when thick remove in earthen pots.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and silver paper, serve chilled.
