Easy Blondies Recipe
Ingredients
- 226 gm Butter (Melted)
- 400 gm Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 30 gm Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 256 gm Flour
- 250 gm DarkMilk Chocolate
Instructions
- Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar, once mixed add corn syrup and Eggs. Now add flour vanilla and salt.
- Mix it nicely till just mixed and don’t over mix.
- Add in 200gms of chocolate into the batter and pour the batter into a square pan lined with butter paper at the bottom only.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top.
- Bake for 20-25 mins at 160c.
