Coconut Kheer Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 litre Milk
- 4 tbsp Rice
- 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Coconut Essence
- Almonds Pistachio
For Garnishing:
- Silver waraq
Instructions
- Soak rice in water for 4 hours
- Crushed with hands
- Boil milk then add rice.Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes or until rice are tender
- Now add sugar, desiccated coconut. Cook and stir until kheer thickened
- Stir in the coconut essence
- Remove from the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl.Garnish with silver waraq, almonds and pistachio sliced.
- Delicious Coconut Kheer is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
