Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Cream
  • ¾ cup Caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp Coffee
  • ½ cup Walnut
  • 2 qty Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Caramel syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan add 1 packet crème, coffee, egg yolks, 2 tbsp caramel syrup and prepare custard.
  • Dissolve gelatin in ¼ water add to the custard beat the second packet of cream well also beat egg whites with half sugar, keep aside.
  • In your prepared custard fold in the whipped cream chop walnuts, also folds ion the egg whites.
  • Remove in a bowl set until form, Garnished with walnuts and sprinkle with coffee.
