Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 750 gm Rice boiled half done with salt
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Brown onion crushed
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 8 to 10 qty Whole green chilies
  • 6 qty Cloves
  • 6 qty Green cardamom
  • ½ tsp Green cardamom grinded
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg grinded
  • ¼ tsp Mace grinded
  • 12 qty Aalu Bukhara
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt heaped
  • 1 ½ tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Kewra water

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil add in brown onion, yogurt, chicken, cloves, green cardamom, green chilies, chili powder and salt.
  • Cook chicken covered for 20 minutes with 1 cup water when water dries, fry chicken add aalu Bukhara, grinded cardamom, mace and nutmeg powder.
  • Cook on medium flame.
  • Lastly add allspice and Kewra.
  • Top with boiled rice, put yellow color and leave it on dum for 15 minutes.

FOR RICE

  • Boil water with salt, cook rice till half done and strain.
