
Chinnoti Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 750 gm Rice boiled half done with salt
- ¾ cup Oil
- ½ cup Brown onion crushed
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 8 to 10 qty Whole green chilies
- 6 qty Cloves
- 6 qty Green cardamom
- ½ tsp Green cardamom grinded
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg grinded
- ¼ tsp Mace grinded
- 12 qty Aalu Bukhara
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt heaped
- 1 ½ tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Kewra water
Instructions
- Heat oil add in brown onion, yogurt, chicken, cloves, green cardamom, green chilies, chili powder and salt.
- Cook chicken covered for 20 minutes with 1 cup water when water dries, fry chicken add aalu Bukhara, grinded cardamom, mace and nutmeg powder.
- Cook on medium flame.
- Lastly add allspice and Kewra.
- Top with boiled rice, put yellow color and leave it on dum for 15 minutes.
FOR RICE
- Boil water with salt, cook rice till half done and strain.
