Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 kg Milk
- 4 oz Cream or Butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Spoonful of Coffee Beans
- 4 tbsp Custard powder
Instructions
- Boil the milk and cook it until dry 1/2 kg
- Now add sugar to it and prepare the custard
- Pour the coffee into a bowl
- Add cream to it and dissolve it well
- When the foam rises, add a cup of milk to it and add it to the coffee custard and mix it well, but beat it well with an egg beater.
- Then the ice cream will be very much more ice cream ready in an hour
کافی آئس کریم
Ingredients
- دودھ دو سیر
- کریم چار اونس یا مکھن چار اونس
- چینی تین چھٹانک یا حسب ذائقہ
- کافی کے دانے ایک بڑا چمچہ
- کسٹرڈ پاؤڈر چار چمچے
Instructions
- دودھ کو پکنے کے لئے چڑھا دیں اور سکھا کر ڈیڑھ سیر کر لیں
- اب اس میں چینی ڈالیں اور کسٹرڈ ڈال کر تیار کر لیں
- کافی کو ایک پیالے میں ڈالیں
- اس میں کریم ڈال کر اس کو خوب حل کریں
- جب جھاگ اٹھ آئے تو اس میں ایک کپ دودھ ملائیں او ریہ کافی کسٹرڈ میں ڈال کر خوب ملائیں بلکہ انڈا پھینٹنے والی مشین سے خوب پھینٹیں
- پھر آئس کریم ایک گھنٹے میں بہت ہی مزید ار آئس کریم تیار ہو گی
