
Dahi Wale Aloo Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Potatoes (peeled cubed and boiled)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ tbsp Turmeric
- 4 Green chilies (chopped)
- 15 Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ¼ tbsp Fenugreek seeds
- ¼ cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Boil potatoes till tender.
- Heat oil, add curry leaves with green chilies, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and boiled potatoes.
- Fry for 2 mins and remove, before serving heat potato mixture.
- Remove in a serving bowl, and spread with beaten yogurt mix well sprinkle with chopped coriander.
