Dahi Wale Aloo Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Potatoes (peeled cubed and boiled)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric
  • 4 Green chilies (chopped)
  • 15 Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tbsp Fenugreek seeds
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes till tender.
  • Heat oil, add curry leaves with green chilies, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and boiled potatoes.
  • Fry for 2 mins and remove, before serving heat potato mixture.
  • Remove in a serving bowl, and spread with beaten yogurt mix well sprinkle with chopped coriander.
