  • 250 g Sweetened Chocolate
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Kiwi To Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take chocolate in a double-boiler and melt until tempered.
  • Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • In another bowl, take heavy whipping cream and beat to form soft peaks.
  • Add the tempered chocolate to the whipped cream.
  • Fold it slowly with a whisk.
  • Transfer to a piping bag and pipe into glasses.
  • Garnish with shredded chocolate and kiwi.
  • Enjoy!
