Eggless Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 250 g Sweetened Chocolate
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Kiwi To Garnish
- Take chocolate in a double-boiler and melt until tempered.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- In another bowl, take heavy whipping cream and beat to form soft peaks.
- Add the tempered chocolate to the whipped cream.
- Fold it slowly with a whisk.
- Transfer to a piping bag and pipe into glasses.
- Garnish with shredded chocolate and kiwi.
