Ingredients
  

Ingredients For Dough:

  • 8 ounce Butter
  • cup Brown sugar
  • 2 qty Eggs
  • tsp Vanilla essence
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 6 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Ingredients For Topping:

  • 4 ounce Butter
  • cup Icing sugar
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Melted chocolate
  • 1 cup Candies
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 D, line two 11 inches spring foam pans with butter paper, Beat butter and brown sugar together.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla essence, sieve flour, coco and baking soda, add into the batter, divide the dough into two and press into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 mins until golden, remove from oven and cool compete.

METHOD FOR TOPPING:

  • Beat butter and icing sugar together, add in cream cheese and melted chocolate, spread the topping over the cooled cookies.
  • Place one of the top of the other, decorate and top with chocolate chips and M&Ms.
