
Layered Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients For Dough:
- 8 ounce Butter
- 1¾ cup Brown sugar
- 2 qty Eggs
- 1½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 3 cups Flour
- 6 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Ingredients For Topping:
- 4 ounce Butter
- 1½ cup Icing sugar
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 cup Melted chocolate
- 1 cup Candies
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180 D, line two 11 inches spring foam pans with butter paper, Beat butter and brown sugar together.
- Add the eggs and vanilla essence, sieve flour, coco and baking soda, add into the batter, divide the dough into two and press into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 mins until golden, remove from oven and cool compete.
METHOD FOR TOPPING:
- Beat butter and icing sugar together, add in cream cheese and melted chocolate, spread the topping over the cooled cookies.
- Place one of the top of the other, decorate and top with chocolate chips and M&Ms.
