Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes.
Now, heat milk in a wide kadhai and let it come to a boil.
Drain the rice and add it to the simmering milk on low flame. Let the rice cook in the milk.
When the rice is more than halfway done, add chopped nuts dry rose petals and cardamom powder.
When the rice has cooked completely and the rice kheer has thickened to the desired consistency, switch off the flame and add sugar free powder and mix well.
Pour the kheer in individual bowls. garnish with rose petals and serve chilled.
