Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless Chicken Leg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 25 Curry Leaves
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
  • ¼ cup Oil 
  • 4 tbsp Onion 
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Allspice 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Coal For Dum
  • Skewers As Required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, fry curry leaves until crisp, keep aside. Beat hung curd, add curry leaves, crush all the rest, mix well, marinate chicken with this and dum well.
  • Leave for 1 hour, put on skewers, bake in oven with ¼ cup oil, give dum of coal and serve.
