Roghani Murgh Tikka Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless Chicken Leg
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 25 Curry Leaves
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
- ¼ cup Oil
- 4 tbsp Onion
- 6 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Coal For Dum
- Skewers As Required
Instructions
- Heat oil, fry curry leaves until crisp, keep aside. Beat hung curd, add curry leaves, crush all the rest, mix well, marinate chicken with this and dum well.
- Leave for 1 hour, put on skewers, bake in oven with ¼ cup oil, give dum of coal and serve.
