
Aalu ki Subzi Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Potatoes (peeled, crushed & boiled)
- 2 qty Oil (sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 4 qty Green Chilies (chopped)
- ¼ cup Oil
FOR BAGHAR
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 20 qty Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil and add oil ingredients of baghar.
- Now fry onions for 5 min in another pan, add garlic paste, turmeric and green chilies.
- Fry well.
- Add potatoes, salt and mix well.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves along with baghar and serve.
