
Chilli Milli Mince Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mince
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red pepper
- ½ tsp All Spice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 4 qty Green chilies
- 1 tbsp Ginger/ garlic
- 1 ½ tsp Zeera crushed
- 1 ½ tsp Dhania (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut (roasted & ground)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (roasted & ground)
- 1 tbsp Khaskhash
- ¾ cup Yogurt
Instructions
- Marinate mince with all above, except oil and hara masala for 2 hours.
- Heat oil, add mince, cover & cook till done and oil comes on top.
- Stir and cook well, then serve.
