Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton 
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp  Salt leveled
  • 1 tsp  Chili Powder heaped
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ cup Dry Whole Milk
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • ½ tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg 
  • ¼ tsp Mace 
  • 4 tbsp Cream 
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger garlic, tomato paste, salt, chili powder and turmeric for 2 hours, heat oil ½ cup add 1 cup chopped onion fry till light golden, add marinated mutton, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton nearly done.
  • Add dry whole milk, grinded cardamom, mace and nutmeg powder, cream, chopped coriander leaves, leave it on simmer for 10 minutes, serve with sheermal.
