
Baked crunchy chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken cut in small cubes
- 3 tbsp Onions chopped
- 1 tsp Green chilies grinded
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
- 1 tbsp Hp sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper heaped
- 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
FOR WHITE SAUCE
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Stock
- ½ tsp Salt, pepper and mustard each
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 qty Bread slices cut in cubes and toasted in oven till crisp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan fry onion till soft.
- Add ginger garlic, chicken, green chilies, salt, pepper and sauce.
- Cook for 10 minutes till chicken tender.
- Make white sauce and add to the chicken mixture.
- Transfer chicken mixture into a baking dish.
- Arrange toasted bread cubes on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes on 180 degrees till top brown.
