Balochi Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Fish Fillet
For Batter:
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1½ tsp Crushed Coriander
- 1½ tsp Crushed Cumin
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
Instructions
- Marinate fish with salt and lemon juice.
- Make batter with all the ingredients given in bowl, the batter should be thick, add in fish fillet, leave it for 30 mins
- Then deep fry in pan, and serve with fries.
