Mazadaar Balochi Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
For Rice Boiling:
- 700 gm Rice
- Water As Required
- ½ cup Oil
For Chicken Masala:
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 700 g Chicken
- 10 g Garam Masala Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red Chili
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- Black Salt To Taste
- 1 cup Tomatoes
- ½ cup Yogurt
Garnishing:
- Tomatoes
- Lemon
- Coriander
- Ginger
- Green Chilies
Instructions
For Boiling Rice:
- In a cooking pot, add water, cooking oil rice and boil it until 75% done. then let them out.
For Chicken:
- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, cumin, ginger garlic paste and cook for a while.
- Add chicken and cook 2-3 mins then add garam masala, salt, black salt, red chili powder, crushed red chili, coriander powder, tomatoes, yogurt.now cover it and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Add garnish and set a side.
Biryani Layering:
- In a cooking pot, add first layer of boiled rice, second layer of cooked chicken and add some garnish, repeat theses layers and then add some yogurt and color mixture, hot water and cover it and simmer for 8-10 mins.
- Mazadaar Balochi Biryani is ready to serve.
