Boil mutton paye with mixed whole spices,10 cups water till tender and 2 cups stock left.
Heat ¼ cup oil plus ¼ cup water in a handi,add boiled paye with stock,remove handi.
In another handi heat ¼ cup oil,add onion fry till light golden,add ginger garlic paste,paya masala,chili powder,crushed red pepper,¼ cup water,fry well,add this to the paya mixture.
When boiling the chicken with aata paste,cook for 10 mins on low flame.
Serve garnished with coriander,green chilies and ginger julienne.
Serve with naan.
