Best Dynamite Chili Bites Recipe
Ingredients
Prepare Chilli Bites:
- 200 g Boneless Chicken Cubes
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tbsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- Salt To Taste
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 gm Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 100 gm Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Green Chilies As Needed
- Jalapenos As Needed
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 3 Whisked Eggs
- Breadcrumbs As Required
- Oil For Frying
Prepare Dynamite Sauce:
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
Prepare Chilli Bites:
- In a frying pan, add chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika powder, dried oregano, salt, red chilli powder, garlic paste and mix well.
- Add cooking oil,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
- Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender & dries up.
- Let it cool.
- In a chopper, add chicken & chop well.
- Take out in a bowl,add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
- Slit green chilies with the help of knife & deseed them.
- Stuffed green chilies with prepared filling, coat in all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs and coat well with breadcrumbs and again dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs & let them rest for 10 minutes (makes 45-50).
- Can be stored for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
For Deep Fry:
- In a wok,heat cooking oil (170-180C) & fry stuffed chillies on medium high flame until golden & crispy.
For Air Fry:
- Spray non-stick spray on both sides of chillies & air fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
Prepare Dynamite Sauce:
- In a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, honey & garlic powder, whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
- Drizzle dynamite sauce on chilli bites & serve!
