
Chicken Bhaji Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 slice Onion
- 4 slice Green chilies
- ½ slice Capsicum
- 2 qty Fenugreek leaves small
Instructions
- Add allspice to flour, add egg and cornflour, and make a paste of it, add salt in it (acc. to taste).
- Put the chicken in that paste and marinate it for 1 hour. Fry that marinated chicken.
- Fry that marinated chicken.
- Pour oil in a pan and fry the onion, capsicum, and fenugreek leaves in it for 5 minutes.
- Put the fried chicken in the platter and garnish it with fried vegetables and serve it with parathas and puri.
