
Chicken Khoya handi Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken boneless cubes
- 4 ounces Butter
- 1 qty Onion large boiled and blended
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
- 1 ½ tsp Chili powder heaped
- 4 tbsp Tomatoes puree
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander coarsely crushed
- ½ tsp Black cumin
- 2 tbsp Coconut milk powder
- ½ cup Khoya
- ½ cup Cream
- 1 tsp Kasori methi
- 10 qty Almonds grinded
Instructions
- Heat butter in a handi add boiled and blended paste of onion, fry well for 10 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and boneless chicken cubes, fry for 10 minutes.
- Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander crushed, black pepper, black cumin, coconut milk powder, Khoya, cream, cover and cook till thick.
- Lastly add kasori methi.
- Serve with naan, garnished with chopped coriander and green chilies.
