Daal Kafta Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ¾+¾+¾ cup Water
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- Water (for boiling) As Required
- 1 cup Split Chickpeas (soaked)
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 15 Forzen Kafta Kabab
- Green coriander (chopped) As Required
Instructions
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for another minute. Add water in 2 intervals and cook until masala is ready.
- Now add tomatoes, boiled split chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes. Add water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Fry Forzen Kafta Kabab.
- Add Kafta Kabab and Dal and give it a good mix.
- Now add garam masala and mix again. Garnish it green coriander and mix well
- Your Kafta Kabab is ready. Serve it with roti or rice and enjoy
