In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for another minute. Add water in 2 intervals and cook until masala is ready.
Now add tomatoes, boiled split chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes. Add water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Fry Forzen Kafta Kabab.
Add Kafta Kabab and Dal and give it a good mix.
Now add garam masala and mix again. Garnish it green coriander and mix well
Your Kafta Kabab is ready. Serve it with roti or rice and enjoy
