In a bowl add flour, salt and mix well. Now add water and knead a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Take the dough and divide it into 4 parts.
Take the dough ball and roll out into flat circle. Prick with fork all over the flattened dough. Cut into small circles and set aside.
In a deep pan heat oil and deep fry them until crispy and golden brown. Your papri is done.
In a glass jar add tamarind pulp, cumin seeds, salt, sugar and blend well into smooth paste. Your imli chutney is ready.
In a glass jar green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, water and blend well into smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready.
In a bowl add potatoes, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, shan chaat masala, green chilies, green coriander, imli chutney and mix well. Your chaat is ready.
In a bowl add yogurt, icing sugar and mix well. your sweet yogurt is ready.
In a dish place prepared papri, top them with chaat, sweet yogurt, green chutney, sev, pomegranate, mint leaves, chaat masala and serve.
