
Garlic Butter Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless fish (cubes)
- 100 gm Butter
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 qty Green chilies (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan fry onion, once onion are soft put ginger garlic paste chopped garlic, chilies, black pepper and salt.
- Add fish with half cup water cover and cook for 10 mins.
- Serve with chapatti.
