Hara Masala Egg Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 Boiled Eggs
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Grounded Raw Onion
- 4 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Grounded Almonds
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 4 Grinded Green Chilies
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin (Roasted & Grounded)
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ cup Oil
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- A pinch Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste with grounded onion, black pepper, salt, turmeric and yogurt, fry masala well.
- Add cumin roasted and crushed, when oil comes on top, add grounded almonds, cream, dhania powder, green chilies grounded, then add 1 cup water.
- Cover and cook till gravy thick. Now add boiled eggs.
- Cook for another 2 mins, remove in a dish, drizzle with cream, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
