
Jaipur Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
- 750 gm Mutton
- 1 cup Brown onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ¾ cup Oil
- 4 qty White cardamom
- 1 tbsp Whole spices mixed
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Kewra water
- Yellow color pinch
- ¼ tsp Saffron
- 600 and 2 gm and tbsp Rice boiled with (2 tbsp salt)
- ¼ tsp Mace grinded
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg grinded
- ¼ tsp White cardamom grinded
- 12 qty Almonds grinded
Instructions
- Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, whole spices, mutton, brown onion, cook till mutton gets tender.
- Now add yogurt with grinded almonds, mace, nutmeg, white cardamom powder, cook until done.
- Put boil rice on top of mutton mixture, add Kewra and yellow color, mixed with saffron.
- Cover and leave it on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
