Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken (Boneless, cubed) ½ kg

FOR MARINATION

  • ½ cup Flour ½ cup
  • ½ cup Corn Flour ½ cup
  • 1 qty Egg (Beaten) 1
  • 1 tsp Garlic (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil For deep frying

FOR SAUCE

  • 2 tsp Garlic (Crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Oil As required

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with all ingredients for marination and deep fry twice.
  • Serve with prepared sauce.

FOR SAUCE

  • Heat oil, fry garlic and add in all the rest of the ingredients for sauce.
