
Hong Kong Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken (Boneless, cubed) ½ kg
FOR MARINATION
- ½ cup Flour ½ cup
- ½ cup Corn Flour ½ cup
- 1 qty Egg (Beaten) 1
- 1 tsp Garlic (Crushed) 1 tsp
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp
- ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp
- ½ tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Oil For deep frying
FOR SAUCE
- 2 tsp Garlic (Crushed)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cup Water
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil As required
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients for marination and deep fry twice.
- Serve with prepared sauce.
FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil, fry garlic and add in all the rest of the ingredients for sauce.
