Kaddu Ka Salan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Pumpkin
  • 125 gm Tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric, as needed
  • 125 gm Ghee
  • 125 gm Curd
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 2-4 cloves Garlic
  • A spoonful of ground hot spices

Instructions
 

  • Clean the pumpkin and cut it into pieces
  • Heat ghee in a pot and brown the onion
  • Add salt, pepper and spices to it
  • Add curd and fry
  • When the spices are roasted well, add the pumpkin pieces and let it cook on low flame
  • Add a little water if needed
  • When the water dries up, fry it
  • When you leave the ghee. Sprinkle hot spices and green coriander and remove
