Kaddu Ka Salan
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Pumpkin
- 125 gm Tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, as needed
- 125 gm Ghee
- 125 gm Curd
- 2 inch Ginger
- 2-4 cloves Garlic
- A spoonful of ground hot spices
Instructions
- Clean the pumpkin and cut it into pieces
- Heat ghee in a pot and brown the onion
- Add salt, pepper and spices to it
- Add curd and fry
- When the spices are roasted well, add the pumpkin pieces and let it cook on low flame
- Add a little water if needed
- When the water dries up, fry it
- When you leave the ghee. Sprinkle hot spices and green coriander and remove
