
Kashmiri Dum Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
- ½ kg Mince
- 2 tbsp Coconut desiccated
- 10 qty Button red chilies roasted
- 10 qty Black pepper roasted
- 5 qty Cloves
- 1 ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 2 qty Bread slices
- 1 qty Egg
Instructions
- Grind all the dry spices, mix in mince, give dum of coal, mix all very well and chopperize mixture, shape into kebabs with wet hands, serve with any salad.
