Khada Masala Gosht karahi Recipe
Ingredients
- 700 gm Mutton
- 1 Onion
- 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 Green Cardamoms
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Chopped
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Green Coriander Chopped (Garnish)
- ¼ cup Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan fry onion and mutton till light golden brown
- Add all whole spices, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder
- Add turmeric, yogurt, ginger, garlic with 1 cup of water
- Covered pan and cook on slow flame till mutton is 80 % done.
- Now add garam spices, covered and cook again for few mints till gravy separates oil.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
