  • 700 gram Lady finger
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Red chili crushed
  • 8 tsp Chickpea flour
  • 3 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Chaat masala


  • Take a bowl add lady finger, all spices & flour to mix well then deep fried till it turns crispy.
  • Sprinkle Chaat masala and served it
