Lazeez Mutton Matka Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g Mutton
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 2½ cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- [Put all above ingredients together in a pan, cook till tender and 1 cup stock left.]
Other Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Allspice
- ½ cup Oil
- 18-20 Curry Leaves
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Onion Sliced
Instructions
- In a wok add ½ cup oil with sliced onion, fry till golden, add curry leaves, green chilies julienne, boiled mutton, stock.
- Cook till boiling, add ginger garlic and dry spices, cook till stock rise.
- Lastly add coriander leaves, serve with naan.
