
Liver Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 750 gm Mutton liver finely chopped
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- ¾ cup Oil
- 1 qty Onion (boil and blended)
- 2 qty Tomatoes (blended)
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 3 qty Green chilis
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Qorma masala
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Roasted and crushed coriander
- ½ tsp All spice
- 4 qty Button red chilies
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Sambaloleak
- ½ cup Coconut milk
Instructions
- Heat oil, add boiled and blended onion, fry for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic, blended tomatoes, fry well.
- Add seasoning yogurt, fry well.
- Add liver,l fry for 10 minutes.
- Lastly add coconut milk, coriander, green chilies and salt, cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Serve with roti, paratha or nan.
