Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Mince Meat
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 200 gm Kaleji
  • 1 nos Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp Hot spices
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
  • 1/4 cup Green Chilies
  • 1/4 cup Coriander LeavesĀ 

Instructions
 

  • First of all, heat oil and fry ginger, garlic, onion and goat mince.
  • When the mincemeat is half cooked, add the kalji and at the same time add tomatoes, salt, red pepper and turmeric and fry it.
  • Use water as needed.
  • When the keema and kelji are cooked well, break the kelji with the help of a spoon.
  • Now mix it well.
  • Finally, add hot spices, kasouri methi and green chillies and mix.
  • Take it out in a dish and serve garnished with green coriander.
