Palak Kofta Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chopped Spinach
- 300 gm Beef Mince
- ½ cup Gram Flour
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Oil For Frying
For Masala:
- 1 Onion Boiled & Grinded
- 1 tbsp Almonds Grounded
- Salt To Taste
- 1½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 Tomatoes Blended
- 1½ tsp Gram Flour
- ½ cup Oil
- Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
- 2 tbsp Cream For Garnishing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mince and all the ingredients for kofta, grind well, make into balls, fry in oil, keep aside.
For Masala:
- Heat oil, add in boiled and grounded onion with seasonings, grounded tomatoes, grounded almonds, fry masala well, add 1 ½ cup water, mix with 1 tbsp gram flour, cook for 10 mins, lastly add cream, fried kofta and coriander leaves.
