Clean prawns by cutting the head and tail off.
Remove the outer shell.
Devein the prawns using a small paring knife.
Add some turmeric powder to get rid of the smell.
Wash with clean water twice and keep aside.
In a kadai heat oil and fry the finely chopped onions till golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to it.
Mix well.
To the onion-tomato paste add some water(1 cup)
Let it come to boil.
Now add the cleaned prawns to it.
Roast it in high flame with some more oil till dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
