Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 qty Cloves
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 qty Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds grinded (heaped)
  • ¼ tsp Dried ginger grinded (heaped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Green cardamom grinded
  • ¼ tsp Saffron

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add whole spices fry 2 minutes.
  • Add mutton fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and pepper with grinded fennel, grinded dried ginger powder, reduce heat.
  • Add yogurt, cardamom powder, keep stirring till it boils.
  • Add 1½ cup water, cover and cook till mutton tender.
  • Lastly add saffron, simmer for 5 minutes and serve wit nan.
