
Sliced Beef with Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Undercut thin slices
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White pepper
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 qty Capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 qty Carrot cut in half and then slice
- 1 qty Onion cut into cubes like shashlik
- 8 oz Cabbage
- 1 qty Spring onion cut into diagonal
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- ¼ cup Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoi son
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White pepper
- 1 cup Stock
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
Instructions
- Marinate undercut with salt, pepper, corn flour, soya sauce, beaten egg, and then deep fry.
- Heat oil adds crushed garlic; add all the sauces, seasonings stock, vegetables, when boiling thicken with corn flour paste.
- Add fry beef and remove.
