Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Undercut thin slices
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • 1 qty Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 qty Capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 qty Carrot cut in half and then slice
  • 1 qty Onion cut into cubes like shashlik
  • 8 oz Cabbage
  • 1 qty Spring onion cut into diagonal
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  • ¼ cup Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoi son
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • 1 cup Stock
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Marinate undercut with salt, pepper, corn flour, soya sauce, beaten egg, and then deep fry.
  • Heat oil adds crushed garlic; add all the sauces, seasonings stock, vegetables, when boiling thicken with corn flour paste.
  • Add fry beef and remove.
