
Spicy Green Masala Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (8 pieces)
- ½ bunch Corainder leaves
- 12 qty Mint Leaves
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 8 qty Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic
- 1 qty Egg
INGEDIENT FOR BATTER
- 4 tbsp Flour heaved
- 4 tbsp Gram Flour
- 4 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 qty Eggs
- 1 tbsp Green Masala (ground)
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Grind coriander, green chilies and mint with yogurt and egg.
- Now marinate chicken in this for 2 hours then steam for 20 minutes, till nearly done.
- Remove and cool.
- Make batter with all the given ingredients dip chicken in prepared batter and deep fry.
- Sprinkle with Chaat masala.
