
Thai Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
FOR FRYING WINGS
- ½ kg Wings
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¾ cup Corn flour
- ¼ cup Flour
FOR SAUCE
- ¼ cup Chili oil
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- ½ cup Sweet sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
- ½ cup Tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
Instructions
- Heat oil add crushed garlic add chopped onions.
- Fry till transparent.
- Add all the sauces, seasonings. Cook for 5 mins.
- Add chicken wings to sauce and serve.
FOR WINGS
- Coat the wings with salt and both the flours deep fry on low flames for 15 mins.
