
Thai Fry Chicken Wings Recipe
Thai Fry Chicken Wings are always a hit. People from all age groups love these spicy Thai flavored wings that taste absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken wings
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- ½ tsp White pepper
Instructions
FOR WINGS
- Marinate chicken wings with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, deep fry for 20 mins till crisp and golden.
FOR SAUCE
- Put all together in a sauce pan, cook till mixture reduce to half, and thicken with corn flour paste.
