Aloo Bukharay ki Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 packet Dried Plums
- 1 cup Tamarind Paste
- 10 AlmondsĀ
- 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
- 10 Red Chilies
- 2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 cup Sugar or Jaggery
- ½ cup White Vinegar
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- Soak aloo bukaray with some water and mash it with hand.
- Add on tamarind paste.
- In handi aad in tamarind paste, aloo bukharay, sugar almonds, chopped ginger, white vinegar and cook it on a low flame.
- Add in salt and chutney is ready.
