
Chicken Pepper Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 breast Chicken
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Chili sauce
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Wooster shire sauce
- 1 tsp HP sauce
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Rosemary leaves
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 qty Baked potatoes
- Boiled vegetables to serve
For Pepper Sauce:
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 tsp HP sauce
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
- ½ cup Stock
- 2 tsp Fresh cream
- ½ tsp Rosemary leaves
Instructions
For Pepper Sauce:
- Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick.
- In end, put cream and rosemary.
For Steak:
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients except baked potatoes and boiled vegetables.
- Now heat 1 tsp oil and grill chicken for 20 minutes until it is ready.
- Then add pepper sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
- After that, take out in sizzler.
- Now garnish with baked potatoes and boiled vegetables.
