Home Made Pav Bhaji Masala Powder Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
To Roast:
- ΒΌ cup Coriander Seeds
- 5 Cinnamon Stick
- 10 Dry Red Chilies
- 2 Kashmiri Red Chilies
- 15 Cloves
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 3 nos Black Cardamom
Instructions
- Measure and get ready with all your ingredients. In a pan add all the ingredients under 'to roast'. Dry roast it in low flame.
- Roast till it becomes golden and gives nice aroma.Transfer to a plate.
- Add salt, raw mango powder and turmeric powder. Grind to a slightly coarse mixture. Cool down then store in a clean dry jar. You can sundry it for few mins to remove the extra moisture.
